How much does The Candlelight Experience cost?

The Candlelight Experience is $28.99 or 38.99 per month. This cost includes your monthly candle and all membership benefits.

When will I receive my order?

📦 All orders ship after the 15th of each month.
📅 If you subscribed before the 15th of the month, you will receive one self-care package during the current cycle.
🎁 If you subscribed after the 15th, your first order will be shipped in the next cycle with a special Welcome Bonus:

  • Two 17 oz. Candles (instead of one!)

    and/or

  • Two Self-Care Items (equivalent to two self-care packages)

For example, if you joined on February 19, 2025, your first shipment will arrive after March 15th, including your two Self-Care packages!

Can I choose my Candle of the Month?

The Candle of the Month is carefully selected to offer a new and exciting scent experience each month. This ensures you always have something fresh to enjoy. If you have allergies or scent sensitivities, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What does early access to new product launches mean?

As a member, you'll get first dibs on new candle collections, seasonal releases, and limited-edition products before they are available to the public.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes! You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. Just log into your account and manage your subscription settings.

Please note: If you cancel after your payment has been processed for the month, your order will still be shipped.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, you’ll receive a notification to update your payment details.

If the payment is not resolved within 5 days, your membership may be paused until updated.
